How to not loose your mind in the creative industry?

Frederik Andersen is the CEO Chief Executive Officer of VICE Scandinavia, and offers more than 15 years experience working across industries in branding, design, product innovation, and marketing. “I prefer working with successful growth companies where creativity and branding plays a key role in facilitating or transforming a business”, says Frederik. This is where his expertise lies – leading and manageing creativity.

Frederik has a unique ability to see opportunities. In his work at VICE, he helps create value across media, industries and the intersection of brands, design, product development, and innovation. Frederik has an outstanding ability to translate visions into practice and possess the right communication skills to transform knowledge across national borders. Talents that made him an impressive leader for his VICE teams internationally. Above all, it is his great respect for the value of creativity, his ability to take concepts from good to excellent and his insight into the behavioural needs of global digital individuals, which has made him a youth advocate. He challenges the model of traditional advertising agencies. While advertising companies are working on the edge of trends, they constantly have to absorb new disciplines, like storytelling, content creation or brand strategies. However, the traditional agency model might be out of day when companies try to fit the creative engine into organisational structures. This is not how creativity works. Thus, Frederik has a thorough experience with setting up, merging and turning around creative organisations.

Frederik has been awarded with numerous International awards for marketing, communication, visual design, product design and innovation and contributed with his energy and endless optimism to what VICE Skandinavia is today.
